Exchanges and Returns Policy
- You may not return/exchange sale/clearance items or all items purchased with a promotional code or at a discounted price. All swimwear, jewelry, lingerie, accessories and gift certificates are FINAL sale and are not eligible for online store credit or exchanges.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Items must be returned in same condition they were sent (no stains, alterations to the merchandise, etc.) or you WILL NOT be given online store credit.
- If you wish to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. If you wish to return an item for store credit, your return will be free of charge.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Consumer must notify us within 7 business days after receiving item(s) or no exchange will be honored.

- Start the return process – follow prompts.
- After successfully submitting the correct information, you will receive a shipping label in the email provided.
- Print the shipping label and place it on the outside of your package with the merchandise.
- Drop off package at your nearest UPS location.
- Please allow 3-5 business days after package has been successfully shipped to re-process your credit or exchange.
- Unfortunately, we are not accepting international returns at this time.
Online Store Credit
All unworn/unaltered merchandise can gladly be exchanged for online store credit only.
- Store credit can only be used on www.shopsnu.com
- Store credit never expires. Store credit will only reflect the actual item price and will exclude taxes and shipping charges.
- Returns for store credit will be free of charge.
1. Consumer orders within the 48 contiguous states will be processed within 4 - 10 business days, excluding federal holidays (or unless otherwise specified in description of specific product).
2. Once an order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. Orders will arrive between 2 - 7 business days (excluding federal holidays) once shipped.
3. An option for express shipping is available. This shipping option will not be valid for items on pre-order or if otherwise specified in product description.
4. Please note, it may take up to 72 hours for tracking information to be updated by USPS. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS International.
5. *Once an order has been shipped, we waive responsibility of shipment.*
6. International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired service level, the number of items you're purchasing, the weight of the items and the destination country/region.
ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 12 PM EST TO START PROCESSING ON THE SAME BUSINESS DAY. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day (excluding federal holidays).
NU reserves the right to make final decisions on all orders and shipments.
